About the Role Our Mount Logs team is seeking a dependable "Yardie" to oversee the flow of log movements within our Log Marshalling yards. This role requires a team-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks, make prompt decisions, and demonstrate proficiency in computer skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Log Marshalling or Stevedoring environment. Familiarity with inventory control and stock management is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals are essential. You should thrive under pressure and be motivated by working to deadlines. Requirements The essential qualifications for this position include: - A strong focus on Health and Safety - High levels of accuracy with excellent attention to detail - Experience in inventory control and stock management - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Excellent customer service skills - Capability to work towards strict deadlines - A full Class 1 Driver licence If you enjoy taking responsibility and being part of a collaborative team, we would be eager to hear from you.
