About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for exceptional Lounge Assistants to join our Auckland Airport Operations team on a casual basis. In collaboration with Air New Zealand, we aim to provide an unparalleled lounge experience that our customers will value and remember. The hours for this position are flexible and will be based on business needs, allowing for a versatile work schedule.
Your Responsibilities
As a Lounge Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and clearing tables
- Maintaining cleanliness at the buffet tables
- Assisting with dishwashing duties as needed
- Supporting kitchen tasks when required
About You
We are looking for candidates who are hardworking, reliable, and flexible in their approach to work. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly, outgoing personality and be capable of lifting weights of up to 20 kilograms. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role. Experience in a similar position within a 5-star environment is highly desirable. Holding food safety Unit Standards 167 and 168 would be an advantage. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a passion for customer service and quality are key attributes we value.

Requirements
