About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Class 4 and Class 5 truck drivers to join our team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy vehicles, transporting essential materials and machinery to support asphalt work on various civil construction sites throughout the Wellington region. Each day will present new challenges, and your skills will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Licenses: A minimum of a Class 4 license is required, with a Class 5 license being necessary for transporter and truck & trailer roles. - Experience: Previous civil construction experience, particularly in tipping and related tasks, is preferred. - Transport: A reliable vehicle is required for commuting to and from work. - Attitude: A safety-first mindset and a collaborative spirit are essential for our team culture. Your Key Responsibilities As part of our team, your main responsibilities will include: - Safely operating Class 4 or 5 vehicles to transport materials and machinery between job sites. - Assisting with asphalt laying and other civil works as needed. - Maintaining vehicle standards and adhering to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
