About the Role We are excited to offer a position for a Lounge Caregiver at Ernest Rutherford Retirement Village in Nelson. We currently have two part-time positions available, with shifts scheduled from Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, or Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In this role, you will: - Build lasting relationships with our residents and their families - Adhere to individual care plans, delivering care that reflects the same compassion you would offer your own family - Utilize the latest technology, including our dedicated care app, myRyman - Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment Please note that while we welcome applications from overseas candidates, applicants must have New Zealand work rights for this position due to immigration requirements.
