This role presents an exciting opportunity for a qualified painter who is looking to advance their leadership career. As the site lead, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of specialist flooring projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing site operations and serving as the main point of contact on-site. You will be tasked with organizing, planning, and managing materials and logistics for each project. Additionally, you will supervise and train staff to maintain high standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will also oversee health and safety practices in accordance with client and site-specific regulations. Collaboration with other trades and site leads will be essential to resolve challenges, and you will communicate directly with clients to recommend products and solutions tailored to their needs.
