About the Role We are currently seeking to hire a Digital Business Analyst – Change for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Rangiora, North Canterbury. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong delivery focus to join our innovative Programme team. Digital transformation is essential to this role, as you will play a critical part in assisting our team with the transition to a new ERP cloud environment. In this position, you will be integral to our Change Management delivery team, working on a project that affects nearly every aspect of our organization. Your role will involve engaging with staff at all levels to ensure a smooth transition that meets the ongoing needs of the Council. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Digital Business Analyst, preferably in a local government or large, complex organizational setting. - Knowledge and understanding of a Change Management Model, preferably Prosci. - Ability to provide support and guidance to key stakeholders, capturing their business and process needs while assisting them through requirements capture, analysis, and validation. - Experience with a variety of applications, such as JIRA, Promapp, Visio, and Office 365, for managing requirements, stakeholder interactions, process mapping, and analysis planning. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions. You should also be skilled at building strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal staff, and external contractors to promote collaboration. In this position, you will support the organization through change using industry best practices, tools, and techniques tailored to meet our deliverables.
