About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil, roading, and land development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects throughout the wider Otago region, allowing you the opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic environment. You will report directly to the area manager, who brings substantial industry experience to the team.
This position is based in Cromwell, and you will be supported by a medium-sized team and the resources necessary to succeed in delivering impressive projects. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and commitment to investing in our staff, and we are excited about the secured forward workload that continues to grow.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in setting up work plans, methods, health and safety, and environmental documentation
- A tertiary qualification in engineering or progress toward obtaining one
- Proficiency in reading plans and collaborating with project managers and engineers
- Experience in assisting with project tendering and managing variations or additional works
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on achieving successful project outcomes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project
- A commitment to contributing positively to our company culture and strategic vision
Benefits
