About the Role
We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join our team and provide support to our commercial lawyers. In this role, you will be responsible for document preparation, diary management, and client engagement. This position is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring someone who thrives in a variety of tasks.
Key Duties
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, formatting, and managing legal documents
- Managing diaries and travel arrangements for legal staff
- Communicating with clients and managing files
- Preparing monthly billing and handling various administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider office with general duties
About You
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal secretary role or a similar position
- Strong ability to multitask and manage different priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with systems and a quick learner
