About the Role We are currently seeking Team Leaders or experienced Tradesmen who are looking for a new challenge in our Aluminium new build projects and service/refit programs. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of aluminium fabrication, working closely with your team leader to achieve production targets and maintain our high standards of quality and safety. Functions and Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: - Engaging in aluminium fabrication tasks as directed by the team leader - Collaborating with the team leader to meet project targets and budget requirements - Completing assigned tasks in accordance with our established company procedures - Adhering to health and safety obligations in the workplace Requirements To be successful in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes: - A solid understanding of aluminium boat construction - Self-motivation and a commitment to high workmanship standards - Ability to work effectively within a team environment - Competence in interpreting plans and specifications - Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English - An NZQA Level 4 qualification or equivalent in Aluminium Boat Building, or a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience - Current residency in New Zealand, with NZ citizenship, residency, or a valid NZ work visa Benefits Joining our team means being part of a dynamic and forward-looking workplace.
