About the Role Platinum Recruitment is seeking three Production Managers for our processing sites. These senior leadership positions will report directly to the Site Manager and play a crucial role in managing our dynamic 24/7 production teams. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: - Proven leadership experience in a production environment - A solid understanding of food processing requirements - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives - Proficiency in using technology within a production setting - New Zealand work rights Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates must: - Have a background in team leadership within a production context - Be able to demonstrate experience with food processing standards and practices - Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation - Possess the ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Hold current New Zealand work rights Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, based on experience.
