Our guiding principle is simple: everything we do must be 'Good enough for mum and dad.' About the Role We are excited to offer a part-time opportunity to join our supportive team as a Van Driver. In this role, you will work Thursdays from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. As a Van Driver, your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of residents and others in the village van. - Providing a welcoming, helpful, and friendly approach to all passengers, ensuring that each outing is an enjoyable experience. - Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety, including passenger safety, adherence to road regulations, and vehicle upkeep. - Collaborating closely with and supporting your colleagues. About You To thrive in our caring and supportive environment, you should possess: - Strong empathy and outstanding communication skills. - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. - The ability to drive a manual van (if applicable). - A current, clean New Zealand driver's license. - A current P-Endorsed License or the willingness to obtain one, for which we will provide support.
