About the Role We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a qualified Equipment Technician within our Product Support team. This role offers a chance to transition from the daily workshop environment into a more autonomous regional position. As we have recently become the importer and distributor for Tigercat forestry and off-road industrial machinery in New Zealand, this is an excellent time to join our team. In this position, you will provide prompt technical and practical support, assist with problem resolution, and be the primary point of contact for our South Island branches when they require assistance for Tigercat customers. You will need to stay updated on market changes and improvements, primarily focusing on the Tigercat product range. Flexibility in work location is key, as you will also play an active role in new machine setup and support our sales team during deliveries in the region.
