About the Role We are currently looking for a dedicated Compliance Verifier to join our compliance team at our Rangiuru plant, located in Paengaroa. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our site complies with all quality and compliance programs, including HACCP and RMP, while also adhering to both New Zealand and international regulatory requirements. The Compliance Verifier will work closely with plant staff to identify, control, and correct any areas of non-conformance. You will be responsible for maintaining excellence in service, customer delivery, safety, specification, hygiene, and quality standards. Additionally, you will assist the Compliance Manager in coordinating and verifying the company’s site systems for regulatory, customer, and environmental compliance. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: - A documented QA qualification in auditing and verification - Excellent communication skills - Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook Your responsibilities will include monitoring and verifying compliance within the slaughter floors, offal rooms, and associated food support areas, as well as undertaking any other tasks as defined by the Compliance Manager.
