About the Role We are currently seeking a team member to manage and maintain the process flow for an assigned workstream on a roster that runs from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your Team Leader and participate in a "swarm" approach to ensure efficiency and uninterrupted process completion while adhering to established guidelines. Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: - Executing Operations & Stock Management: You will ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, lead the team in effectively managing tasks, and oversee shelf-filling and deliveries in accordance with our standards. - Team Leadership & Development: You will provide on-the-job training and coaching for team members while championing a safe and healthy work environment. - Maintaining Store Standards: You will ensure that the evening team fills shelves to the correct standards, prioritizes shelf-friendly packaging, and manages overstocks effectively. - Proactively Resolving Issues: You will be responsible for timely escalation of process-related issues to the Function Lead for resolution. - Contributing to Store Leadership: You will serve as Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts and actively engage in "Better Together" initiatives to foster team collaboration. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities: - Process Excellence & Learning: A strong ability in process excellence and a commitment to continuous learning. - Collaborative Partnerships: Exceptional skill in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with various functions and stakeholders. - Effective Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, delegating tasks, monitoring progress, coaching, and motivating team members. - Compliance Expertise & Communication: Expertise in compliance within your function, along with exceptional communication skills to articulate tasks and standards clearly. - Values-Aligned Behavior: A consistent alignment of your actions with our company values.
