    About the Company We are an established organization looking to enhance our team with a dedicated Customer Engineer. Our focus is on providing exceptional service to our enterprise clients, ensuring their operations run smoothly and efficiently. About the Role We are seeking a Customer Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware equipment, specifically ATMs and self-checkout systems, within a designated territory. Your primary goal will be to ensure the continuity of customer operations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is based in Greymouth and the West Coast region, requiring travel to various sites including Hokitika, Greymouth, Westport, Reefton, and surrounding areas. The initial contract is for a duration of three months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. You will be expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, between Monday and Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the potential for additional hours. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in hardware maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing PCs or similar machinery - Strong technological aptitude - Excellent communication skills - Experience with fixing ATMs or self-checkouts is a plus, but training will be provided. However, some background in hardware is essential. Additionally, you must have a reliable vehicle, personal insurance, and a full, clean driver's license.
