About the Role We are currently seeking motivated individuals for an afternoon shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $24.47 per hour. In this role, you will be responsible for picking customer orders, operating a Jiffy, and utilizing voice picking technology. The position involves repetitive heavy lifting, typically ranging from 15 to 25 kilograms. You will be expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pick rates and accuracy. This role is based in Hillsborough, and we offer immediate start options with full training provided. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should be physically fit and capable of handling repetitive heavy lifting. Experience with voice picking is advantageous, but not required. Flexibility to work extra hours when necessary is important, as well as a strong work ethic. We value teamwork, so being able to collaborate effectively with others while also working independently is essential. Owning transport is also a plus.
