About the Role In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various exciting projects within a supportive and dynamic team environment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Procuring and agreeing to the services of subcontractors - Providing clear and detailed quantity take-offs - Assembling accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Tender Bids, Design-Build, and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) projects - Maintaining relationships with subcontractors and clients - Preparing contract budgets Requirements To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law, or a relevant industry field - A minimum of three years of industry experience in contract management practices - A working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts - High-level computer processing skills, particularly in Microsoft programs - Strong communication, team management, and leadership skills - Experience in commercial construction Benefits We offer a competitive salary that reflects industry standards, along with a collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork and innovation.
