About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in Wanaka. This position is essential to supporting our financial operations within a dynamic helicopter maintenance environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all financial transactions related to supplier invoices, customer billing, and payment processing.
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry for all finance-related tasks.
- Supporting maintenance job costing through our Aeronet system.
- Upholding strong financial controls in compliance with aviation industry standards.
- Collaborating with operational teams to ensure a smooth financial workflow.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy while working in a safety-focused facility.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a positive attitude, high standards, and strong technical capabilities. The ideal applicant will have:
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Xero.
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, preferably in aviation, engineering, or technical services.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
