About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Reliever Teachers to join our dynamic team at BestStart Berryfields Crossing. This role is ideal for New Zealand registered teachers (ECE or Primary) who are looking for flexibility, a rewarding experience, and an improved work-life balance. As a reliever, you will have the opportunity to work across various classrooms and age groups, collaborating with experienced teachers to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
What You'll Do
In this position, you will:
- Provide daily teaching and care support to our team.
- Build strong, positive connections with children (tamariki) and their families (whānau).
- Adapt quickly to different classrooms and routines.

What You'll Bring
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A recognized New Zealand ECE or Primary teaching qualification (Level 7 or higher).
- Registration with the New Zealand Teaching Council (either provisional or full).
- An NZQA assessment if you are an overseas-trained teacher.
- A flexible, caring, and proactive approach to teaching.
