About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Corporate Account Manager in the Canterbury region. In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing FMG's share of the Corporate Agricultural Commercial Market. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new clients as well as managing and expanding an existing portfolio of Corporate Accounts. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing enhanced advice and risk management services tailored to our Corporate Rural and Commercial Accounts. You will need to have a deep understanding of each client's risk appetite and the major risks impacting their business operations. Collaborating with various business units within FMG, you will implement individualized business plans for your portfolio and contribute significantly to identifying and acquiring new Corporate Accounts across the wider Canterbury region. Requirements The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the corporate insurance market, with a proven track record of adding value through a strong understanding of our clients' business needs and risk appetites. You should possess comprehensive technical and market knowledge of the local insurance landscape, along with experience in structuring and placing large, complex insurance programs. We are looking for individuals who can effectively engage with FMG's Corporate clients by aligning their strategic and operational goals with their business risk appetite. A successful candidate will have a history of developing, maintaining, and leveraging relationships within large and complex business operations. You should be adept at identifying new and existing business opportunities that support portfolio growth, profitability, and client retention.
