About the Role We are currently seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our team in a permanent, part-time position, working 25 hours per week. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional care and education for our tamariki. Your contributions will help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can explore and thrive. You will work closely with our dedicated team and report directly to the Centre Manager, playing an essential part in the ongoing success of our centre. While an Early Childhood Education qualification is not required, it is important that you have experience working with children under five and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional care and education to tamariki, fostering a love for learning. - Encourage and empower children's development through engaging activities. - Actively participate in centre activities and assist with staff breaks as needed. - Support daily operations across the centre to ensure everything runs smoothly.
