About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service, along with solid administrative and organizational skills. In this role, you will work as part of a small team, contributing to the successful management of overdue invoices and debts owed to councils.
Your primary responsibility will be to support customers in managing their debts by negotiating mutually acceptable resolutions to facilitate the repayment of outstanding amounts. This position does not require fieldwork, allowing you to fully engage with the role and enhance your skill set based on your existing experience.
This is a fixed-term position that will conclude on December 18, 2026, intended to assist our team with a backlog of tasks and an anticipated short-term increase in collection files. The role is based at our office in Feilding, with a commitment of 40 hours per week, and offers a starting salary of $71,837 per annum.
About You
