About the Role We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional with a robust network in the civil construction industry. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for New Zealand’s civil construction sector. This position presents a unique opportunity for someone with extensive industry knowledge and established relationships to take ownership of a high-performing desk. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for civil construction positions, ranging from laborers to operators and beyond. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Leveraging your industry connections, you will identify opportunities and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Additionally, you will provide market insights and strategic advice to clients, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the overall growth of the team. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably at a senior level. A strong understanding of the civil construction industry in New Zealand is essential, along with existing relationships with key industry players.
