About the Role We have a full-time opportunity for a Security Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of security systems, including integrated access control, intruder alarms, CCTV, intercoms, building integration, gate automation, and monitoring solutions. This position offers a diverse range of work and autonomy, making it ideal for someone who enjoys tackling various challenges. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience: - Knowledge of access control systems such as Inner Range, ICT, Challenger, and Gallagher - Experience with IP CCTV and intercoms, including NX, Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, 2N, Akuvox, and Aiphone - Familiarity with alarm systems like DSC, Paradox, and Ajax - Strong networking and fault-finding skills - A clean criminal record - A full New Zealand driver's license - A current Certificate of Approval (COA) We are looking for someone who not only possesses technical competence and efficiency but also excels in customer relations and site rapport. A solutions-focused mindset is essential for success in this role.
