We provide options for both full-time and part-time evening work, making this an excellent opportunity for students seeking flexible employment around their studies. We also welcome candidates with Working Holiday Visas. While previous sales experience is preferred, what we value most is your confidence in asking for financial contributions and your motivation to achieve targets. Our dedicated team will provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role. Requirements - Previous sales experience is desirable - Comfort in asking for financial contributions - Strong motivation to meet and exceed targets - A positive attitude and a passion for environmental causes Benefits - Competitive hourly rate of $28.80 - Health insurance coverage - Comprehensive bonus scheme, with the potential to earn up to $200 extra per week - Permanent contract with paid leave - Full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 12:15 PM to 8:45 PM, with an early finish at 6:15 PM on Fridays - Part-time hours from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 8:45 PM For our Auckland-based team: - Hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from the office every day or from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays while working from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays - Access to substantial kitchen facilities, including tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and various milk options for lunch preparation - A fantastic location in Mount Eden, easily accessible from the CBD and served by high-frequency bus services For candidates in other locations in New Zealand: - The option to work from home - No commuting expenses or travel time when working remotely Join our vibrant team of telefundraisers, where we take pride in our supportive team culture.
