Requirements We are looking for someone who embodies excellence and can: - Lead with Vision: Develop engaging training programs that keep teams ahead of industry trends. - Solve Problems with Confidence: Address customer issues and technical escalations effectively. - Drive Performance: Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to encourage peak team performance. - Foster Collaboration: Work cross-departmentally to ensure seamless service integration. - Build Relationships: Cultivate key customer connections through tailored solutions and outstanding service. - Continuously Improve: Innovate processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Manage Resources with Precision: Oversee vendor relationships and optimize operational processes. - Influence Decision-Making: Present actionable insights to senior management effectively. - Ensure Compliance: Provide necessary documentation for APL’s window systems for council consent. What You Bring to the Table The ideal candidate will possess: - CPEng certification (or be working towards it) with a strong understanding of façade engineering. - Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills that inspire and engage others. - A proven track record of creating and implementing strategies that drive continuous improvement. - A proactive and forward-thinking mindset to stay ahead of industry developments.
