    About the Company We are a vibrant fashion retail brand located in the heart of Newmarket, dedicated to providing authentic service and creating meaningful connections with our customers. Our focus is on quality interactions and relationship-building rather than high-pressure sales tactics. We are currently seeking a full-time retail superstar to join our team as either an Assistant Manager or an experienced Full-time Retail Stylist. About the Role In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a slower-paced environment, which allows for genuine customer interactions and a focus on personal styling. We operate on a Sunday to Thursday roster with no late nights, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. We value a team dynamic that emphasizes warmth, authenticity, and collaboration over strict KPIs. Our leadership team is committed to fostering growth and encourages feedback to help you thrive in your role. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have: - Previous retail experience in fashion, beauty, footwear, or a related field - A genuine passion for customer service and personal styling - A strong team spirit and a down-to-earth attitude - The confidence to work closely with the Store Manager and support store operations - An interest in in-store activations, styling sessions, or local events is a plus - Consultative retail experience, demonstrating a track record of building long-lasting customer relationships Benefits We offer a range of benefits to support your well-being and professional development, including: - A competitive base salary of $55,000 for a Retail Stylist or $60,000 to $70,000 for an Assistant Manager, depending on experience - Weekly spot bonuses of $250 for outstanding customer service and culture recognition, separate from any KPIs - A supportive team environment with regular team dinners and recognition rewards - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and well-being support - Generous staff discounts on our design-led products that celebrate individuality and connection If you are passionate about fashion retail and want to contribute to a people-first culture while growing as an individual, we invite you to apply with your CV.
