About the Role We currently have an opening for a Packing/Operator role within our Cultured Foods team at the Longburn manufacturing site in Palmerston North. This position offers full on-the-job training, allowing you to become an integral part of our team as we fill and pack a diverse selection of dairy products. The shift pattern for this role is from Monday to Friday, with the following schedule: - Week one: 05:30 to 14:30 - Week two: 14:15 to 23:15 Key responsibilities include: - Adhering to all health and safety rules, standards, and policies, including reporting any incidents or near misses to your Supervisor. - Maintaining the highest product quality standards. - Operating all equipment according to site standards. - Performing repetitive manual tasks, including lifting up to 20 kilograms. - Mechanical experience is desirable but not essential.
