About the Role We are currently seeking a Mystery Shopper to conduct an evaluation at a large retail store in the Lower Hutt region. This role involves making a general inquiry, discussing the product offerings, and uploading your findings to the Hoed Insights portal. The process is straightforward and does not take much time. Requirements To qualify for the Mystery Shopper position, candidates must meet the following criteria: - Own a vehicle and have access to it for transportation - Have a personal computer - Possess competent computer skills - Be able to complete survey questionnaires with good English grammar - Communicate effectively with staff members both on the phone and in-store - Adhere to survey deadlines Additionally, applicants must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa.
