    About the Company Our client has been a trusted tyre specialist in Northland for over 30 years, known for their commitment to delivering 100% service—anywhere, anytime. We are currently seeking a skilled Tyre Technician to join their team, where you will be engaged in both retail and commercial fleet services. About the Role As a Tyre Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers with a comprehensive range of tyre services, catering to various vehicles from passenger cars to heavy-duty trucks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Fitting, repairing, and balancing tyres for passenger vehicles, motorcycles, trucks, tractors, and OTR vehicles. - Performing wheel alignments on customer vehicles. - Completing puncture repairs and tube fitments to the highest standards. - Attending fleet service callouts, which may occasionally require after-hours and weekend work. - Providing exceptional customer service to ensure that customer needs are consistently met. - Participating in ongoing training and supporting the wider team as needed. Requirements To excel in this role, you will need: - A minimum of three years of relevant work experience. - Strong technical skills in tyre fitting, repairs, balancing, and alignments. - A positive attitude and a dedication to delivering excellent customer service. - Flexibility to work afterhours or weekends for fleet service callouts. - A full driver's license. - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. - A clean police record with no pending charges.
