About the Role Our Noel Leeming Services team is transforming the customer experience by delivering a comprehensive end-to-end service. We depend on our services team to ensure that customers receive the right solutions through live demonstrations, expert support and advice, and the delivery, installation, and setup of solutions in both homes and workplaces. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for technology, is customer-focused, and is dedicated to enhancing the overall experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues are essential. Additionally, we value a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic. This role is based at the KeriKeri Noel Leeming location and requires a commitment of 45 hours per week, from Friday to Tuesday. As this is a field-based position, a full clean New Zealand driver’s license is necessary to operate one of our company vehicles. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have experience and enthusiasm in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service. You will need to demonstrate confidence in setting up and installing technology, possess superior interpersonal and customer support skills, and be able to adapt your technical language to meet the needs of the customer. We are looking for someone who is driven, confident in troubleshooting problems, and willing to continue developing their career through onsite training and accreditations.
