About the Role We are currently seeking a Site Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing the performance of advanced equipment. This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same, and your contributions will have a significant impact on our operations. What You Will Do In this role, you will be responsible for: - Maintaining and troubleshooting automated processing machinery - Performing timely fault diagnosis and repairs - Collaborating closely with technical and operations teams - Driving improvements in system reliability and performance - Mentoring junior technicians and supporting training initiatives Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Electrical or mechanical trade qualification (EWRB or EST A/B is ideal) - A minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance or production environments - Comfort with shift work - A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel between sites - Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills - Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical drawings, as well as using maintenance systems - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bonus Skills Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, SCADA, or CMMS platforms (such as SAP or Maximo) is advantageous, as is exposure to fast-paced or 24/7 operational settings.
