HVAC Technician – Preventative Maintenance & Installations

About the Role:
As an HVAC Technician, you will engage in proactive system care while handling hands-on installation and commissioning tasks. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, as well as providing high-quality installations and accurate fault diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, service, and diagnose faults in HVAC systems.
- Maintain clear and accurate service records.
- Communicate effectively with clients on-site regarding service and installations.
- Install and commission ducted air conditioning systems, hi-wall split systems, and fresh air/ventilation systems.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HVAC servicing and installation.
- Relevant trade qualifications.
- A current NZ EWRB Electrical Service Technician Licence is required.
- A full, clean driver’s license.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A professional, can-do attitude.
