About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time position for an Activity and Lifestyle Coordinator within our supportive team. The role requires working from Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a variety of recreational, social, and craft activities for our residents. Your work will promote happiness, well-being, and quality of life for each individual. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to provide support and enhance the overall experience for our residents.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a full driver's license and be comfortable driving a manual van.
About You
To thrive in our caring environment, you will need to demonstrate strong empathy and outstanding communication skills. A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor is essential. We also require applicants to have or be working towards Diversional Therapy qualifications. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
