About the Role We are currently seeking a Production Team Member to join our team, working Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Utilizing specialized processes and advanced equipment to prefabricate various types of trusses, frames, beams, and rafters to meet both domestic and commercial requirements. - Conducting regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet Mitre 10's high standards while adhering to production specifications. - Collaborating effectively with colleagues using a 'One Team' approach to achieve production targets and meet deadlines. - Following safe work practices and complying with site Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe working environment. - Performing manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials, to support the production process. - Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure an efficient production process.
