About the Role
We are currently seeking a Production Team Member to join our team, working Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing specialized processes and advanced equipment to prefabricate various types of trusses, frames, beams, and rafters to meet both domestic and commercial requirements.
- Conducting regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet Mitre 10's high standards while adhering to production specifications.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues using a 'One Team' approach to achieve production targets and meet deadlines.
- Following safe work practices and complying with site Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Performing manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials, to support the production process.
- Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure an efficient production process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Experience: Previous experience in frame and truss manufacturing or carpentry/building experience is advantageous.

- Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality and precision in all tasks.

- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
