Lubrication Technician (Day Worker)

About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician Maintenance (Day Worker) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting machinery maintenance and condition monitoring efforts. Your responsibilities will include providing accurate reporting and ensuring that all maintenance activities align with required standards. To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications: - Mobius Institute FLCAT (Field Lubrication Category) Machinery Lubrication Technician CAT 1-3, or an equivalent certification, or be in training towards these qualifications - NZ Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Trade/Level 4 in Maintenance Engineering or Fitting and Machining strand, or an equivalent qualification is preferred - Alternatively, candidates may be apprentices in a Mechanical or Allied trade, unqualified, but must have extensive relevant industry and machinery experience In addition to the qualifications, we are looking for candidates who exhibit the following attributes: - Ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team setting - A minimum of three years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment - Attention to detail with the capability to participate in root cause analysis and contribute to solutions - Familiarity with Health and Safety principles - Proficiency in computer applications (particularly MS Office), along with strong written and verbal communication skills - Capability to analyze lubrication data and provide improvement recommendations - A solution-focused attitude These positions are permanent and full-time, requiring a commitment of 42.5 hours per week.
