About the Role We are currently seeking candidates for two permanent full-time positions at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone. These roles require strong personal values aligned with our commitment to customer service and a robust work ethic, which are essential for your success in our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers. Your role will involve utilizing product knowledge to address customer inquiries and assist with their purchasing decisions. A passion for customer service is vital, as is the ability to communicate professionally with both customers and team members. You will need to be proactive in thinking on your feet and developing innovative solutions that prioritize the customer experience. Daily tasks will include processing transactions, assisting with returns, and managing complaints and account queries. Each position will require you to work at least one weekend day.
