About the Role We are currently seeking an organized and efficient Administration Manager to join our team. This part-time position offers 16 to 25 hours of work per week over four days, with some flexibility in scheduling. However, availability on Mondays is required unless it falls on a statutory holiday. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Job Management System (Fergus), supporting payroll, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly. This is not a typical administrative position; we are looking for a confident and detail-oriented individual who can take charge of our systems and support our team effectively. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications: - A valid Driver's Licence - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, data analysis, and spreadsheet management - A minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration - Strong digital literacy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms - Self-motivation and the capability to work independently - A collaborative mindset, along with a positive and proactive attitude - Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - A willingness to ask questions, provide suggestions, and learn on the job We are looking for someone who can gather information from various sources, identify inconsistencies, and transform it into clear, organized data.
