About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team in various roles, including Customer Champions, Cooks, and Shift Supervisors. As a Customer Champion, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers, preparing and serving delicious KFC meals, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment. In the Cook role, you will focus on preparing our signature secret recipe chicken, ensuring that each piece is cooked to perfection. You will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean and managing our fresh chicken supplies. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead your team to ensure excellent service throughout your shift, guiding them to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. Requirements We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced team environment. While no prior experience is necessary, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are essential. To be eligible for these positions, candidates should be at least 15 years old and authorized to work in New Zealand. Benefits We offer competitive pay, starting at $23.60 per hour, with opportunities for advancement. If you are Gold Star certified and working as a Cook, your earnings can increase to $24.74 per hour. Shift Supervisors can earn up to $29.63 per hour.
