About the Role
As a Sonographer at Counties Manukau District, you will be presented with a range of clinical challenges while providing care and services to our richly diverse multicultural community. This role offers the opportunity to conduct a variety of examinations, including general, obstetrics and gynecology, small parts, musculoskeletal, pediatric, neonatal, and vascular assessments. You will benefit from a wealth of collective experience within our multidisciplinary team, which fosters a supportive environment focused on mentoring and ongoing training.
About the Team/Service/Location
Our team of Sonographers operates both inpatient and outpatient services across two locations: Middlemore Hospital, an 800-bed acute facility, and Manukau Health Park.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience and professional qualifications:
- Registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologist Board as a Sonographer
- General or sub-specialty experience in sonography
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
