About the Role We are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled clinician to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week, 1 FTE). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about empowering whanau and transforming health outcomes in our communities. If you thrive in a position that combines clinical care, community outreach, and interagency collaboration, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you. About You We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications and attributes: - A current New Zealand nursing registration and practicing certificate. - Experience in community, primary, or public health settings, or a strong interest in transitioning into this area. - A commitment to equity and culturally responsive care, particularly for Maori and Pacific communities. - Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. - A collaborative spirit, with the ability to build trust with whanau, community providers, and across various sectors. - Familiarity with, or a willingness to learn about, Gateway Assessments, Oranga Tamariki systems, and working with vulnerable youth. - A clean, full driver's licence and the flexibility to travel for outreach clinics. We understand that additional training and support may be required, and we are committed to providing this for the successful applicant.
