About the Role We are currently seeking experienced STMS Practising professionals (A, B, or C) to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to lead crews on significant projects while making a meaningful impact in the field of traffic management. In this position, you will manage traffic management sites in accordance with NZTA standards and approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs). You will have the opportunity to work consistently, with weekly pay and provided personal protective equipment (PPE). We offer both day and night shifts, with hourly rates ranging from $30 to $38, depending on experience. What You'll Be Doing Your primary responsibilities will include: - Setting up and supervising temporary traffic management sites - Ensuring compliance with NZTA TTM requirements - Leading and coordinating traffic crews on civil projects - Keeping both workers and the public safe during operations - Communicating effectively with contractors, clients, and road users What You'll Need To be successful in this role, you will need the following: - A current STMS Practising warrant for Category A, B, and/or C - A full New Zealand driver’s license (Class 2 is an advantage) - Strong decision-making and leadership skills - Flexibility to work day, night, or weekend shifts as needed - The ability to pass pre-employment drug testing Benefits In addition to competitive hourly pay, we offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
