About the Role
We are currently seeking a Level 5 NZ Qualified Pharmacy Technician for a permanent position, available in both full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (34 hours per week) capacities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing dispensing, compounding, and repacking services in a hospital environment. There may also be opportunities to engage with ward-based multidisciplinary teams, assisting pharmacists with medicines reconciliation, assessment of patients' own medicines, and discharge counselling. While this role will primarily be based at the Hutt Hospital campus, you may be required to work at other hospitals within our district as needed.

About You
We are looking for a NZ Qualified Level 5 Pharmacy Technician, with hospital experience preferred but not required. You should be self-motivated and enjoy collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Effective teamwork and strong oral and written communication skills are essential. We value individuals who are eager to learn and develop professionally, supported by a Lead Pharmacy Technician, a welcoming pharmacy team, and other healthcare professionals.
