    About the Company Northland Area Pain Service, located in Whangarei, Northland, is part of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora. About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Physiotherapist with experience in a medical or healthcare setting. This part-time position (0.6 FTE, 24 hours per week) involves providing effective and efficient physiotherapy as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Persistent Pain Management Services of the Northland community. The role also includes facilitating and delivering educational and treatment group programs for adults experiencing persistent pain. About You The ideal candidate will be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand (PBNZ) and hold a current annual practicing certificate. We are looking for someone with at least three years of post-graduate Physiotherapy experience and clinical experience in a medical or health setting. You should possess the ability to work independently while also being an effective team player. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload are essential. Additionally, you will need strong interpersonal skills, including both written and oral communication abilities. A full driver's license is required. While not essential, experience working with individuals experiencing acute or chronic pain and/or postgraduate education in Pain Management is desirable.
