About the Role As the Bar Manager / Mixologist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests' experience through innovative beverage offerings. You will be responsible for curating a bespoke drinks menu that includes signature cocktails, New Zealand wines, and craft spirits. Your role will also involve designing cocktails that perfectly complement our chef’s culinary creations while managing all aspects of bar operations, including our in-room minibar program. In this role, you will oversee the bar team, leading with flair during service and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere. Collaboration with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager will be essential to align our drink and food offerings. Additionally, you will manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain a seamless operation. Requirements We are looking for candidates with experience in bar leadership and cocktail development. A passion for mixology, along with a deep understanding of beverage trends, is essential. You should possess exceptional service and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and stock management abilities.
