About the Role We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Mortgage Adviser or Broker to join our award-winning Loan Market Agile team based in Christchurch. In this role, you will manage an established and active client base while delivering outstanding service to clients and building relationships with referral sources. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Establishing and nurturing referral relationships, particularly within the Real Estate, Accounting, Solicitor, and Financial Planning sectors. - Generating business from sources beyond traditional referrals, including social media and community engagement through sporting, social, cultural, and familial networks. - Providing hands-on, service-oriented solutions for all client inquiries, managing loan applications from initial inquiry through to settlement. - Offering ongoing client service by managing fixed-rate rollover expiries as they occur. - Maintaining the client database in MyCRM for effective management and communication, including regular newsletters. - Supporting the business owner as required. In this role, you will interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, so it is essential that you thrive in a customer-focused environment and are committed to going the extra mile for your clients. A background in bank lending or as a Broker/Adviser is required, along with the ability to speak Mandarin.
