About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Blaster Painter Supervisor to oversee our operations in the Bay of Plenty. This full-time, permanent position involves supervising teams ranging from 2 to 8 workers who maintain a variety of industrial assets, including penstocks, tanks, and bridges. The role reports directly to the Bay of Plenty Project Manager. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - A full New Zealand driver's license - 1 to 2 years of blasting painting experience in an industrial setting - Knowledge and experience in industrial coatings, epoxy, concrete coatings, and concrete repairs - Experience in managing staff on-site - Quality assurance experience - Excellent communication skills - A strong track record of compliance with health and safety regulations - The ability to travel regularly for work - Computer literacy; experience with Procore is an advantage - Certifications in IRATA, NACE, confined spaces, and working at height are also advantageous Benefits We offer competitive wages along with a company vehicle for work-related use.
