You will create a fun and inviting shopping atmosphere while maintaining a well-presented Garden Hardware area. Collaboration with a supportive and motivated team is also an essential aspect of this role. Requirements We are looking for individuals who have a passion for sales and helping others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, along with the confidence to recommend and upsell products effectively. Reliability and a positive attitude are crucial traits for success in this role. While previous retail or sales experience is a significant advantage, it is not a strict requirement.
