About the Role We are currently seeking a casual team member who shares our passion for guiding customers on their journey to finding the perfect outfit. As a Part-Time Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving your personal sales, and ensuring operational excellence within our store. Responsibilities People - Promote and embody the brand’s cultural values of energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity in every aspect of your role. - Engage in effective communication with your team and management. - Always represent the brand with professionalism and integrity. Performance - Implement our CLASS selling steps during every customer interaction to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. - Contribute to achieving strong sales performance in alignment with store goals. - Support the Store Manager in executing product moves to enhance sales. - Maintain daily store standards in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines. - Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of yd. products, including their features and benefits, utilizing the product guide.
