About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Estimator to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a solid background in pricing and quoting, particularly if you have experience as a landscaper or builder and are ready to transition into a key strategic role. In this position, you will manage the tender and quoting process for all incoming work. Your responsibilities will include assessing site conditions, gathering pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring that every job we quote is priced accurately, competitively, and profitably. Once projects commence, you will monitor budgets and work closely with our operations team to track progress and financial performance. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should possess: - Strong experience in pricing, quoting, and estimating, ideally within landscaping, building, or construction. - A background as a former landscaper, builder, or in a similar role, with a desire to move off the tools. - Excellent understanding of how to structure and submit quotes and tenders for projects of varying sizes. - Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor. - High attention to detail along with strong organizational skills. - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - A customer-first mindset combined with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
